National Champions!
The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh men’s basketball claimed its first National Championship in the program’s 121-year history in convincing fashion Saturday night, defeating Swarthmore College, 96-82 in the title game.
The championship is also the 47th overall for the UW Oshkosh athletics department and first since the Titan women’s indoor track & field won the national championship in 2014.
UWO’s Jack Flynn, named the Most Outstanding Player at the Final Four, paced five Titan starters in double figures with a career-high 33 points, shooting 13 of 18 from the field and 7-for-8 at the free throw line
