As Southwest Airlines struggles with flight cancellations amid a rumored sickout over a COVID-19 vaccine mandate, "The Dan O'Donnell Show" has obtained the airline's religious exemption application--which includes questions to onerous it seems designed to prevent exemptions from being granted.
The questionnaire, which was provided by a source, asks employees detailed questions about their religious beliefs such as "How long have you been a follower or believer in the religion" and "Does the religion have an organizational structure and/or leadership?" It also instructs employees to "provide the name and contact information of a pastor, senior figure in your religion, or other individual familiar with your beliefs and practices."
