In a remarkable interview Friday, President Trump attorney (and former federal prosecutor) Rudy Giuliani told "The Dan O'Donnell Show" that if he were to be named a special prosecutor, he "will guarantee" that a jury would convict Joe Biden on corruption charges.
"You make me special prosecutor, I'll have this case indicted in two months, I'll have it done in six months, and I will do something I never did in my career, I will guarantee a conviction," Giuliani said.
Giuliani has presented evidence that the former Vice President and current Democratic presidential nominee took part in a bribery scheme with his son Hunter and brother James to collect influence payments from companies associated with the Chinese and Ukrainian governments.
