Governor Evers' Term Summed Up in One Picture

If ever there was a picture that summed up Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers' term in office, this would be it. Two months after Evers old Capitol Police to stand down and allow an angry mob to tear down the "Forward" statue in front of the Wisconsin Capitol, vandals graffitied "Burn it Down" on the wooden box covering the statue's base along with a picture of the Capitol in flames.

All of the fecklessness, all of the kowtowing to angry thugs who have trashed several cities in the name of social justice, all of the ineptitude of the Evers Administration captured in one sad picture of the State Capitol. This should serve as a sobering reminder of the state of our state on his watch. Not only has the "Forward" statue still not been replaced nearly three months after it (and the statue of abolitionist Hans Christian Heg) was torn down, the Governor has so little control over even his own office building that a mob felt comfortable enough to spray paint a terroristic threat onto a part of it.

I call this masterpiece "Tony Evers' Wisconsin:"
