Wisconsin Congressman Mike Gallagher believes Democrats are not negotiating in good faith as they attempt to end the government shutdown.
"Common sense might suggest that we can meet in the middle somewhere, but the Democrats are fundamentally unwilling to negotiate," the Congressman told News/Talk 1130 WISN's Dan O'Donnell Thursday.
