Wisconsin Congressman Sean Duffy believes Republicans will hold the House of Representatives this November.
"I think Democrats will pick up seats and it will be close," Duffy, a Republican, told News/Talk 1130 WISN's Dan O'Donnell on Friday. "I think if Republicans maintain control, it will be by a thin margin."
When pressed on whether he believed that was likely, Duffy said he believes "advantage goes to us."
"It's a long way off," he added, "but the way it's going now, I think we're well-positioned to keep the House by a slim margin."
Democrats need to pick up 23 seats in order to regain control of the House.
In a wide-ranging interview, Duffy also discussed the impact of President Trump's former attorney Michael Cohen pleading guilty to campaign finance law violations he said were committed "at the direction of" then-candidate Trump.
