McAdams Already Planning Return to Marquette

Fresh off of his Supreme Court victory over Marquette University, professor John McAdams is already planning his return to campus this fall.

"A lot of people say, 'Well if the institution is so terrible, then why are you going back?'" he said on The Dan O'Donnell Show Monday.  "The administration is terrible--just to be frank about it--but the students aren't terrible. The students are pretty good."

In a wide-ranging interview, McAdams said that he doesn't feel as if Marquette will try to retaliate against him when he returns to teaching because, as he put it, "I have good lawyers and a Supreme Court decision on my side."
