With one tweet on Monday, the Democratic Party of Wisconsin just disproved its own years-long argument against Voter ID laws:
Wait, "getting a photo ID is free and easy?" You don't say. If this is the case, and the Democratic Party of Wisconsin is telling its Twitter followers that this is the case, then why did it for years argue that Voter ID was "unconstitutional," "disenfranchises so many people," and is "voter suppression?"
It seems like Wisconsin Democrats are now admitting that their years of fear-mongering about the supposedly widespread disenfranchisement and voter suppression that the Voter ID law would bring were totally dishonest.
Heck, now even they admit that "getting a photo ID is free and easy"--just like rational people have been saying it is for years now.
