Colin Kroll, the CEO of HQ Trivia and former co-founder of Vine, was found dead of an apparent drug overdose at his apartment in Manhattan TMZ reports.

The 35-year-old was found dead in his SoHo apartment Sunday morning after his girlfriend called cops because she'd been unable to get a hold of him.

Police went to Kroll's apartment on Spring street where his body was discovered in his bedroom just after midnight. He was declared dead at the scene.

Marijuana and heroin were discovered near by, sources told The Post. An envelope containing white powder was also recovered.

Kroll became CEO of HQ Trivia in September, following a brief tenure at Twitter that ended amid allegations of misconduct. Before joining Twitter, he was best known for co-founding the now-defunct app Vine.
