New squad car video released to WISN 12 News shows the driver of a vehicle fleeing from Milwaukee Police attempting to strike a Milwaukee County Sheriff's deputy.
Because of this rather clear evidence that the deputy's life was in immediate danger, the deputy's deadly shooting of the driver was justified since the deputy was acting in lawful self-defense.
