Speaker of the House Paul Ryan talks about the plan to replace the Affordable Care Act

Speaker of the House Paul Ryan explains some of the details of the Republican plan to replace the Affordable Care Act, including some of the hurdles to clear as the plan goes through the legislative process. 

Ryan says that there are several moves that are in place in Congress to get the entire plan through, and that when you take them all together, it represents the conservative vision of how health care should be handled:
